Product is always delivered within a reasonable time, the quality has always been consistent and of good quality. The powder is clean, free of any debris or other trash, so it’s been processed well. It always comes in a very secure package that is very small, and the bag that it comes in is pretty high quality as well. Overall I’ve never had a bad experience and I do highly recommend.

To start off, I haven’t received the product yet… because I only ordered yesterday.
But this review isn’t about the product (but I will update this review on the product quality once it’s received/made use of)–this review’s on the amazing customer service I was shown by the staff while shopping here.
I just so happen to live in a very rural area in the eastern half of the US. An area where everyone knows everyone, but also an area that is not easily accessible or navigable. Why does this matter? USPS obviously feels the same. They don’t make residential deliveries to at least half of the population here. Even when a physical address is listed on the shipping label, the package will be delivered to the local post office, where you will be forced to pick up from.
There are certain packages I don’t fancy picking up there for one reason or another. This was one of them.
I sent an email explaining my situation, and asked for a special accommodation.
“Could my order be shipped via UPS”?
I said I would pay for the extra shipping costs this incurred, whatever that may be. Shortly thereafter, I received an email kindly accepting my request, and was told that USPS Priority (the default shipping on their site) and UPS are comparable enough in cost. Not to sweat it. Just check out normally on their site, which I did. I received the UPS tracking number promptly.
Well, little did he (or I) know that shipping via UPS isn’t very cheap. Not $10 like USPS Priority after all. $25. An extra $15.
I felt bad. They had quickly responded to all of my questions. They had granted my special shipping request. They were kind and patient. And… I shorted them $15.
I offered to pay the extra shipping costs.
I was told no–not to worry about it.
Prompt responses. Quick shipping. All around nice dudes.
Customer service alone gets five stars.
